Could be a scam! Got same call but not intended for me. Wrong name. Still, this is not how process is served. Bet they ask for credit card info!
Says you will have so many days to consult "arbitration". this implies not real civil charges.

Received threatening phone call from representative stating she has filed criminal charges against me for a pay day loan from 2005. Please call with my home address and work address so they can serve me at either location. I need to pay $1354.29 from CP#128642 for Apple Fast Cash.
